Every box is packed to order from puzzles we've actually solved and rated. Backing the campaign pays for the first three months of inventory so we can buy in volume (better puzzles, better prices) and print the parent cards and solution booklets properly instead of one at a time.
We already ship every product on this site, so fulfilment isn't new to us. The main risk is supplier lead time on a specific puzzle; if one runs late we swap in an equivalent at the same level and tell you.
