Prices are in Canadian dollars and include no tax; applicable sales tax and shipping are shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). If a price is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships. We may correct errors in product descriptions; if a correction materially changes what you ordered, you can cancel for a full refund.
Your order is accepted when we email a receipt. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, unavailable stock or address problems, and refund you in full. Items can ship in separate parcels.
Set out in our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
You are responsible for the text and photos you submit. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to use, or anything unlawful, hateful or that identifies a private person without their consent; we may refuse such orders and refund them. We reproduce your text exactly as typed, so please check spelling. Personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or every 3 months until cancelled. You can pause, skip or cancel any time through the manage link; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Box contents vary and are chosen by us to match the age or level on the subscription.
Age ratings on our site are our own guidance on who can enjoy a product; the manufacturer's legal age warning on the packaging governs safety. Products containing small parts are not for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended for build kits and metal puzzles.
Our name, logo, product names, tee and keychain artwork, photographs and site content belong to Puzzle Lodge or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party product images and names belong to their makers.
Rewards purchased through Kickstarter are governed by Kickstarter's terms; pre-orders on this site can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Please email us first; almost everything can be sorted out in one message. Consumers may also bring claims in their local courts as permitted by law.
