How it works

Questions

How does the level change automatically?

Your child's birthday is saved on the subscription. Each month when we pack, we check their age and pack the matching level. At 4, 8 and 13 the box moves up on its own.

Can I override the level?

Yes. From your account you can set the level manually if they're ahead or behind, and switch back to automatic later.

Two kids?

Add a second Grow Box, or pick the Family Box and we'll match both ages in one box.

Pause, skip, cancel?

Any time, no calls. Use the manage link above and it takes effect from the next box.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. Tick the gift box on any plan, choose 3, 6 or 12 months, add a card message, and it is prepaid and will not renew. The first box ships to the address you give at checkout.

How does it arrive?

Each month's 2–3 puzzles are picked from our curated catalogue and shipped direct from our partner warehouses, so they may land as separate tracked parcels over the month. Shipping is included in the plan price; the parent card and solutions come by email.
