Canada: CA$6.99, free on orders over CA$75. USA: CA$9.99. Puzzles, brain teasers, gadgets and keychains ship within 2–4 business days from our partner warehouses and typically arrive in 8–15 business days in Canada and 10–20 in the USA. Personalized puzzles and tees are printed to order in North America and typically arrive in 7–12 days; rush production is available on personalized puzzles. Subscription boxes go out on the 5th of each month and may arrive as 1–3 tracked parcels; shipping is included in the plan price. Items in one order may arrive separately, each with its own tracking. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays happen, especially in December.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the latest estimated date, you may cancel for a full refund, as Ontario's Consumer Protection Act provides, or we will resend it at no cost, your choice. Just email us.
Applicable Canadian sales tax is shown at checkout. Orders to the USA under US$800 are normally duty-free; any duties, taxes or brokerage charged by a carrier are the customer's responsibility.
Optional at checkout (CA$2.99–6.99 depending on cart size). If a protected parcel arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or shows delivered but never turns up, we replace it or refund it, no questions asked; send a photo for damage. Without protection, lost or damaged claims are filed with the carrier and can take 2–4 weeks.
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email [email protected] with your order number for the return address; return postage is paid by the customer, and the item price is refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel arriving. Personalized puzzles, printed tees and subscription boxes already shipped are made or packed for you and cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty, damaged or wrong items: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we replace or refund them free of charge, no return needed. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law.
Pause, skip or cancel any time from the manage link in your emails; changes made before the 1st of the month apply to that month's box. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. Quarterly plans are billed every 3 months at 10% off and can be cancelled before the next billing date.
Where a product is marked as a pre-order, the estimated ship date is shown on the product page and in your receipt. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
